We understand that family schedules can change, and we aim to handle cancellations and scheduling concerns fairly and compassionately while also protecting reserved class spaces and educator preparation time.
Trial Lessons
Free introductory or trial lessons are non-refundable and may only be booked once per learner.
Ongoing Classes & Tutoring Packages
Monthly tuition and tutoring packages reserve a dedicated space in the schedule for your learner and are therefore generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
Parent Cancellations
If a family needs to miss a lesson, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible.
* Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a rescheduled session, depending on educator availability. * Missed lessons or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are generally not refundable and may not always be rescheduled.
Educator Cancellations
If a lesson must be cancelled by the educator for illness, emergency, or scheduling reasons, the lesson will either:
* be rescheduled, or * credited/refunded.
Small Group Classes
Small group classes require minimum enrollment in order to run. If a class must be cancelled due to low enrollment, families will receive the option of:
* a refund, * class credit, or * transfer into another suitable class.
#Technical Issues
Families are responsible for ensuring access to a stable internet connection and a working device. If major technical issues occur on the educator’s side, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited.
Withdrawals
Families may withdraw from ongoing classes or tutoring at any time before the next billing cycle begins. Partial refunds for unused future lessons may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. Compassionate exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of illness, family emergencies, or major relocations.
